A two-part sermon series  Sunday Mornings July 21 & 28 at 8:30am & 10:45am.

Haggai is the second shortest book in the Old Testament, with 1,131 words in thirty-eight verses divided into two chapters. Haggai may not have been overly effusive—but he was certainly effective, as he was able to rally and persuade many directionless people to resume the pursuit of a great goal.

You see, they were released from captivity in Babylon some sixteen years ago. These God-fearing people had gone several hundred miles back to Jerusalem, led by their political leader, Zerubbabel, and Joshua, the high priest, and had immediately begun to carry out the Lord's command.

Maybe you used to be thrilled about the things of God and serving the Lord, but you've grown tired of God's people arguing and the enemy's attacks. So, you've opted to focus on your own life and cater to your own small universe. This book is for you because, no matter how long it has been, we see in these pages that it is never too late to start again!

Join us Sundays July 21 & 28 at 8:30am or 10:45am for our series in Haggai: The Road to Restoration.
